This course is intended to provide the student with a basic understanding of the FBC Residential organization and specific terms related to the code. At the completion of this course, participants will be more familiar with the 2020 Florida Building Code (7thEdition) requirements regarding Residential Building Code.
After completion, the student will be better able to:
- Describe the intent and organization of the FBC Residential.
- Familiarize with the scope and terms of each chapter of the FBC Residential.
- Properly apply the FBC Residential Code to plans examination and inspections.
